Job Description :

Summary : The Program Associate (PA) is an undergraduate part-time student staff member of AU Honors. We believe that life in the residence halls provides students an important opportunity to complement their classroom learning experience. The PA fulfills a vital role in the residence hall by helping students integrate learning experiences gained from both inside and outside of the classroom.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate experiential learning and to design out of class experiences that complement the classroom learning for students in the Honors program.
• Serve as an undergraduate TA to the faculty member.
• Additionally, the PA is responsible for facilitating interpersonal relationships and creating an academic living-learning community that maximizes the opportunities for exploration and personal growth.
• The PA is also expected to assist with Honors Admissions events.

Position Type / Expected Hours Of Work :

Salary Range : $17.95 per hour.
