Business & Project Support Specialist

The Role

Were seeking a versatile Business & Project Support Specialist to provide hands-on support at our Lincoln location. This role blends document creation project assistance light marketing basic technical support and website updates. Youll help keep priorities moving step in where needed and contribute to a positive solutions-focused team environment. Training will be provided for systems tools and processes as needed.

What Youll Do

• Prepare and organize documents spreadsheets reports and presentations using Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint and Adobe Creative Cloud (.ai .eps PDF files).
• Support projects by gathering information tracking progress and keeping details organized.
• Provide light tech support and coordinate with our external IT provider for complex issues.
• Help maintain and update the basic phone system.
• Assist with website updates and basic website content management.
• Assist with marketing materials (flyers social media posts or simple graphics).
• Suggest workflow improvements and pitch in wherever support is needed.
• Serve as a liaison with vendors client IT providers or external partnerssupporting communication follow-up or RFP details with guidance from the team.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Assist with basic CRM tasks such as updating records tracking information or running simple reports.
• Assist with maintaining the office environment.
• Help support the team as needed.
