Jefferson is seeking Business Operations Analyst I I to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Field Operations Business Operations (FOBO) .
This role will be Onsite, at one of the following locations : Farmers Branch, TX
Standard work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m. EST, excluding federal holidays. Remote work is not authorized .
The annual salary range is negotiable . Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities :
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide comprehensive office management, including correspondence handling, document preparation, scheduling, conference room coordination, and supply / equipment inventory.
Apply and communicate DoD / DCSA operational policies and procedures; review documents for accuracy and compliance before release.
Manage classified and controlled unclassified information (CUI) files, ensuring proper marking, storage, and destruction.
Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and file repositories; track suspense actions, deadlines, and metrics for leadership.
Records, Mail, & Property Management
Manage physical and electronic records in compliance with DCSA policies; establish and maintain filing systems.
Process incoming and outgoing classified / unclassified mail and packages; coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.
Maintain property records, perform inventories, manage asset tracking, and support property accountability procedures.
Human Resources & Personnel Support
Assist with employee in / out processing, coordinating access, credentials, training, equipment, and other onboarding / offboarding needs.
Prepare and manage time / attendance reports; support recruiting events, applicant tracking, and resume processing; draft candidate communications.
Coordinate and track training, awards programs, and other workforce initiatives; update organizational charts, SharePoint content, and distribution lists.
Provide position classification assistance , including drafting position descriptions, conducting desk audits, and advising on grade structure.
Leadership & Program Support
Provide direct administrative and operational support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics , and preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Support investigative and program activities by consolidating data, tracking field metrics, and assisting with action packages.
Equipment, Vehicle, & Travel Coordination
Assist with government equipment inventory audits, repair coordination, and IT / telecom troubleshooting.
Serve as Government-Owned Vehicle coordinator, managing vehicle dispatch, logs, accident documentation, and compliance with operational requirements.
Support travel arrangements through the Defense Travel System (DTS), including authorizations, vouchers, and expense tracking; prepare related budget projections.
Meetings & Event Coordination
Plan, organize, and support meetings, conferences, and training events; prepare materials, arrange space / technical support, and coordinate logistics .
Track and communicate key deadlines, policy updates, and operational requirements across the organization.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (at a minimum) and two years of relevant experience. ( Substitution of a bachelor’s degree is allowable with at least eight years of related work experience . )
Active TS clearance.
Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience supporting senior executives in a DoD or federal security environment.
Familiarity with DCSA processes.
