Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This role includes planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patients' needs. The nurse will identify patient needs through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, developing individualized care plans. Duties involve performing therapeutic nursing interventions and managing patient care, while documenting care based on standards and clinical priorities. The nurse advocates for evidence-based practices and provides patient-centric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model.

This position requires a shift from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM, working three 12-hour shifts weekly, with every third weekend required. There are no holiday or on-call requirements.
