Overview

This is a remote position and to ensure successful collaboration for our teams, you will preferably be located in PST timezone.

About the Opportunity

Atlassian’s Corporate Finance team is looking to fill multiple high-impact roles. We are currently recruiting roles for two teams that have distinct focuses, and all are instrumental in shaping Atlassian’s financial future : driving the company’s long-range planning (LRP), annual planning, and ongoing forecasting processes. In joining the team, you will play a key role in delivering insights and recommendations that influence decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

• Corporate Revenue : Focuses on bookings, billings, revenue, and RPO modeling
• Corporate FP&A : Leads monthly and quarterly reporting cadences, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights

Both teams offer the chance to drive process improvement, elevate performance, and deliver reporting and analysis for the Executive team, CFO, Board, and external stakeholders.

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are :

Zone A : $137,700 - $179,775

Zone B : $124,200 - $162,150

Zone C : $114,300 - $149,225

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
