Principal / Architect Product Designer UX Architect

As a Principal / Architect Product Designer on our AI Platform team, youll be a founding member shaping the product design and user experience of our AI platform. Youll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to lead the design vision for our AI initiatives. This role requires expert?level UX and UI design skills, storytelling ability, customer journey mapping, thought leadership, and empathy.

What Youll Do

• Communicate clear and compelling ideas to stakeholders through documentation, reviews, and presentations.
• Bridge design, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer voices to create a product vision.
• Generate detailed design specifications that inspire accurate developer builds.
• Work with development and quality teams to deliver polished final products.
• Promote and educate others on interface guidelines and design patterns.
• Mentor design staff on designing for outcomes versus outputs.
• Drive experimentation with AI tools and prototypes.
• Set the vision for product creative identity and guide implementation.
• Create inclusive designs for all users and advocate for accessibility.
