Behavioral Therapist (ABA) - 2025-2026 School Year

Locations : Bellflower Unified (Also hiring in Compton Unified, ABC Unified. and Inglewood)

Pay : $20-$25 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, during school hours

Your Role :

Implement 1 : 1 behavioral support services using ABA principles

Support students' academic and social goals under the supervision of educational and clinical teams

Monitor student behavior, assist with goal tracking, and support IEP teams

Foster a consistent and respectful learning environment

Qualifications :

Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience

High school diploma or GED

CPR and TB clearance required (we'll assist with onboarding)

Must meet all state, federal, and district requirements
