STR Behavioral Health's premier mental health and addiction treatment center located in Levittown. The programs we offer include detox, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care with licensed recovery housing. The approach at our treatment centers is firmly rooted in individualized, person-centered care to help clients uncover the "why" behind their disorders and help them build foundational relationships that help answer the "how" in moving forward. We work closely with every client to create personalized, high-quality treatment plans that cater to their specific needs and increase their chances of success. Our clinical team also meets regularly to adjust each treatment plan as the client progresses through treatment. Schedule :

Mon, Tues, Thurs : 1pm-9pm

Weds, Fri : 9am-5pm

Compensation Range

$60,000 - $65,000 / year depending upon license, level, and location

Position Summary

The clinician is responsible for ensuring that excellent clinical care is provided to all clients. This position is responsible for designing treatment and aftercare plans and supporting referrals. This position is required to also implement group therapy and clinical therapy for substance use and or mental health disorders. This position must also document all treatment activities and consistently consult with treatment team.

Relationships and Contacts

Within the organization : Establish and maintain productive working relationships with peers and accounting team members throughout Steps to Recovery and affiliated facilities.

Outside the organization

Establish and maintain productive working relationships with third party vendors, as necessary.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold or be working toward Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC). Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with Mental Health diagnoses, including Thought Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Trauma History, Anxiety and Depression, strongly preferred.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
