We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead solution design across core enterprise teams including HR, Finance, and Growth. This role emphasizes solutioning and story breakdown over code review, as development and UAT processes are already well-established. The ideal candidate will be a confident, independent problem-solver who can engage with business stakeholders to uncover true needs and architect scalable, effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead solution architecture for Salesforce implementations across multiple enterprise teams.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including reverse engineering when necessary.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate and refine requirements.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to vet ideas and proposed solutions.
  • Split time between two agile teams : Growth (Community Cloud focus) and Core Enterprise.
  • Participate in bi-weekly sprint cycles and contribute to backlog refinement and planning.
  • 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.
  • Deep expertise in Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience in architecture and solution design within Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Experience in the financial industry.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
  • Exposure to AI projects (e.g., Agentforce or similar).
  • Full-stack development experience (e.g., React, Node.js).
  • Familiarity with LWC, API integrations, and OmniScript.
  • Salesforce certifications :  System Architect, Application Architect, Platform Builder.
  • Experience with MuleSoft and basic understanding of Copado for release management.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role delivering software application projects.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with Workday platforms.
