Security Project Manager - Hybrid

The Information Security team seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, communicate, and implement several key initiatives across the enterprise. A qualified candidate will be familiar with information security concepts, and will bring strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills. A list of anticipated key initiatives include IAM Re-architecture, PCI compliance, 3rd party risk, 2024 GRC tooling, SIEM Migration, Azure Active Directory MFA, and others TBD.

When talking to the manager, he shared that this position will be shared across al security leaders at this client for various projects. The first project will be around IAM. They are bringing TCS on and are implementing one-identity for their IAM tool at the beginning of October. TEKsystems security practice, along with TCS and the client, will all be partnering together for role based access controls (RBAC's) to update their roles across their corporate organization. This person will be driving this project and will be working with all vendors. Another project includes 3rd party risk and Azure AD; they are going from workday to azure AD on-prem. After these 3 key projects, there will be 6-7 other efforts this person will help drive.

The ideal candidate for this role has 10+ years of relevant work experience. Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
