About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Capital Markets to spearhead its equity and debt capital formation, fundraising, and investor relations strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all capital-raising initiatives, developing and executing strategies to attract a diverse range of investors, and managing ongoing investor relations. This role requires a professional with a strong background in real estate finance, investment structuring, and capital raising, who can work closely with senior leadership and acquisitions teams to drive growth through new investor relationships and creative deal structuring. The VP of Capital Markets will also be tasked with overseeing equity and debt structuring, building a robust network of capital partners, and representing the firm at industry events to enhance its visibility.

Applicants for the VP of Capital Markets position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and have at least 7 years' of experience in real estate capital markets, fundraising, or investment management. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in raising capital from both institutional and private investors, a deep understanding of real estate finance, equity structures, and capital stack strategy.
