Senior Operations Specialist In Cash Management

Transforming Operations by being involved in process improvement initiatives and the ability to be inquisitive by development a deep understanding of money movement request.

This is a hybrid role with a 3-day-per-week office requirement.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the understanding the process and systems move money activities including by not limited to Wires, ACHs, Check Disbursements and Check Deposits
• Analyze move money activity to identify trends where risk may be present or opportunities to improve the process could be addressed
• Collaborate with internal business partners by taking ownership of escalations and inquiries presented focusing on protecting the firm and providing an exceptional advisor experience
• Problem solve and conduct research on advisor related questions and escalations using a variety of tools

Pay Range : $16.73-$27.88 / hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
