Position Summary

We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Open to work in multiple clinics throughout the week
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
• Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience

This role requires open availability with hours ranging from 9am to 7pm.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay : $16.50 per hour + Bonus + Medical, PTO, and holiday pay + Opportunities for career growth within The Joint network
