Senior Product Manager

Job Description

NextGear Capital, A Cox Automotive company, is hiring a Senior Product Manager. This innately curious and forward-thinking individual will leaddiscovery and strategy for a mission-critical product line. Your goal will be to develop and drive a rich understanding for your client and their respective problem space. You will establishthe product roadmap, in partnership with the release train product lead while also continuing to assess and measure product performance in the market today. Additionally, you must be capable of presenting to executive audiences and large groups, interviewing end users, and communicating technical information to non-technical people. The ideal candidate is an experienced product manager with demonstrated experience defining, designing, and launching new solutionsleveraging the Salesforce platform. This person is also a self-starter who is passionate about problem solving, comfortable operating with direct and indirect influence, acclimates well to change, and is objective and detail oriented.

Primary Responsibilities :

Discovery :

• Perform market assessments and create an in-depth understanding of user needs by persona to ensure appropriate direction of impacted products. Assess competitive landscape and determine the most efficient course of action to achieve goals.
• Conduct problem discovery activities, both qualitative and quantitative, to understand user pain points and determine opportunities for new solutions
• Establish concise value statements, objectives, and key results for product initiatives that will guide the organization and delivery teams in measuring success.
