What Youll Do Key Responsibilities

Project Management : Oversee end-to-end project delivery for land development initiatives including commercial, industrial, retail, and multi-family.

Civil Design Leadership : Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce site layouts, grading plans, utility systems, stormwater management, and roadways.

Permitting & Regulations : Navigate permitting processes and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards.

Client Relationship Management : Serve as a key liaison for clients, offering transparency, technical insight, and strategic consultation.

Mentorship & Team Development : Lead and support a team of engineers, fostering professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Optional Client-Facing Role : For those inclined, represent the firm externally and deepen client partnerships.

What You Bring Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 8 years in civil site development ; 10+ years preferred.

Licensure : P.E. (Professional Engineer) license required.

Education : Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience).

Technical Proficiency : Strong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.

Leadership Skills : Proven track record managing project timelines, budgets, and diverse teams.

Workstyle : In-office presence required; must be comfortable balancing multiple project types.
