We're a fast-paced, creative studio driven by design, quality, and precision and we're looking for a talented Production Manager / Assistant with strong graphic or art design skills to join our team.

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on production with creative graphic design. You'll help turn client concepts into stunning large-format visuals preparing artwork, operating print equipment, and ensuring quality from start to finish. You'll work directly with the studio owner and help keep production smooth and efficient.

Core responsibilities include :

• Print Production (65%) Operate large-format printers, laminators, and plotters; handle print finishing and light installations.
• Graphic Design (15%) Prep client artwork, adjust templates, review proofs, and make graphics print-ready.
• Inventory & Maintenance (10%) Manage supplies and perform basic equipment upkeep.
• Studio Support (10%) Assist with deliveries, packaging, and general upkeep.
