Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facility Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manager repairs and renovations of assigned Clinical buildings at various Naval Bases in the San Diego area.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Daily management of routine and emergency repairs by contractors.
• Attendance of all scheduled government meetings.
• Daily project status reports to government leadership.
• Development of estimates and ROMs.
• Collaborate with project manager to establish project schedule and budget and monitor progress in meeting schedule and budget requirements.
• Routine site visits to assigned clinics.
• Monthly reports for Parson's contract fulfillment.

Salary Range : $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
