Accounting & Finance
Oversee financial reporting, general ledger, budgeting, and financial operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Operations Management
Improve internal processes, support cross-functional initiatives, and help drive operational excellence across teams and properties.
Marketing & Communications
Develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage digital content, and promote brand awareness for our communities.
Property & Regional Management
Lead the performance of multiple residential communities, ensuring occupancy goals, resident satisfaction, and team leadership.
Leasing & Resident Services
Act as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, managing tours, applications, renewals, and resident relations.
Maintenance & Facilities
Handle preventative maintenance, service requests, and property repairs to ensure high-quality living conditions.
Knowledge of Multi-Family Operating Systems, multiple PC software packages such as Yardi, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and familiarity with navigating the Internet.
Strong organizational, communication (written / oral), and interpersonal skills.
Ability to change priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and follow through on assignments.
Deliver high-level customer service skills for interaction with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
Demonstrate ability to be very detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, be extremely professional, and customer service oriented.
Able to work full-time, 40 hours, with the possibility of overtime requirement.
