DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T partner, is looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our growing Inside Sales Enablement team. This position plays a vital role in our sales operation, helping to drive revenue and deliver outstanding customer experience through consultative selling and proactive engagement. As an Inside Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll connect with prospective small business and residential customers, present tailored AT&T wireless and internet solutions, and manage the full sales cycle over the phone. You'll work with warm leads, stay informed on the latest promotions, and turn conversations into closed deals. This is an in-office position and will report to our Richardson, Texas office.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify needs and close sales
  • Present AT&T wireless and internet solutions confidently and effectively
  • Stay current on AT&T products, services, and promotions
  • Accurately complete order entry and customer account setup
  • Proactively follow up with leads to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in wireless, internet, or subscription-based services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and close sales over the phone
  • Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM / sales platforms
  • Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • English / Spanish bilingual skills preferred
  • Familiarity with wireless, broadband, or security services is a plus
