Center for Change Orem is seeking a full-time Business Office Director. Scheduling for this position is business hours : 8 : 00-5 : 00pm M-F, 40 hours per week. This is an in-office, non-remote position. The Business Office Director reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the business office, including :

• Ensuring the accurate, timely, and consistent performance of all functions related to patient accounting : patient account maintenance, billing, and collection management.
• Hiring and supervising billing coordinators.
• Ensuring the department is adhering to all insurance, state / federal, and corporate guidelines.
• Collaborating with other departments as needed to ensure the facility is able to collect payment for services rendered to residents.
• Providing accurate and timely reporting of collection, denials, and accounts receivable statistics as needed by management.
• Facilitating weekly AR meetings.

Training for this position will be onsite at Copper Hills Youth Center for the first 30 days of work. While your primary work location will be a Center for Change Orem, this position requires you to be willing to commute to work onsite at Copper Hills Youth Center once per week after initial training is completed.

Center for Change is a 60-bed healthcare facility dedicated to helping individuals recover from eating disorders, including anorexia and bulimia. The Center is respected for its programs, progressive outlook, and for its major contributions in research and treatment in the field of eating disorders.

Salary $75,000-$90,000, dependent upon experience.
