Associate Strategy Consultant 2026

Triangle Insights Group is a strategy consulting firm that provides guidance on the most critical business issues to leaders in life sciences organizations. We support clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and address needs across the pharmaceutical lifecycle.

Associate Consultants are charged with assisting in the execution of key project activities. Working closely with Partners, Managers, and Consultants, Associate Consultants will be responsible for developing the supporting analysis from which project recommendations and conclusions are based.

Responsibilities include :

• Assisting with day-to-day project activities such as primary and secondary market research.
• Synthesizing key findings from market research in a concise manner.
• Creating client deliverables in PowerPoint and / or Excel format.
• Supporting project management activities such as coordinating internal and client meetings.
• Participating in the creation of research tools that will be utilized throughout the organization.
• Contributing to the creation of journal articles, conference presentations, and white papers

Experience & Education

The salary range for this role accounts for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, market demand, training and experience, specific qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of our current base salary for this role is $100k-$120k with a bonus target of 20%.
