The Role

Healf is hiring a full-time Editorial Lead to own and deliver a bold, high-performing content engine. This person will sit at the intersection of search-optimised, best-answer-on-the-Internet content and brand-rich storytelling across email, social, and site copy. You’ll be the editorial leader responsible for scaling high-impact, high-quality content that drives traffic, conversions, and loyalty to Healf. This is an intense, rewarding role for someone who thrives on owning ambitious goals, and delivering impactful results.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

Own and create content across The Healf Source — writing best-in-class articles (6–10 per month), curated product roundups, and science-backed deep dives that convert new customers and empower wellbeing through education.

Drive editorial strategy — help plan and lead the execution of our monthly content roadmap, bringing fresh and creative ideas, conversion-focused angles, and trend-driven wellbeing insights that keep Healf culturally relevant.

Write and edit with attention to detail and precision — from long-form features to multiple weekly newsletters, social copy, and product storytelling — championing Healf’s distinctive voice and ensuring every word builds trust and loyalty.

Work with contributing writers (technical and editorial) and experts to ensure content is produced, edited, and optimised on schedule.

Partner with our SEO agency to ensure content is both optimised and authentically on brand.

Coordinate across teams (growth, curation, analytics, product, partnerships, etc.) to ensure content ladders into broader brand and performance goals.

Collaborate with industry thought leaders and renowned brands to produce exciting content that sets Healf apart in the industry.

Use data to iterate and improve, optimising for conversion, engagement, and subscriber retention — always raising the bar.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience leading editorial teams and projects, ideally with deep experience in wellness, science-backed consumer products, and / or high-end fitness.

A genuine and obvious love of health, wellness, and science-backed clarity, as well as robust knowledge of our brands. This is crucial to success in this role.

Deep understanding of how to craft impactful content, leveraging both storytelling and SEO, with a strong portfolio of content to prove it.

Experience managing complex content calendars, cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering on ambitious goals.

Proven results driving measurable impact through engagement, traffic, conversions, and audience growth.

A knack for social-first copy that connects, inspires, and hones Healf’s unique voice.

Comfortable working scrappily and at startup pace, willing to put in the (long) hours and own the results.

Strong judgment and taste. You're discerning about what belongs on the internet and what feels on brand

A strong ability to produce results while balancing conversion-led and on-brand content.

Experience with (and strong network of) best-in-class editorial freelancers.

UK-based is a big plus, but not required.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with AI tools to streamline editorial work.
