The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to step into the center of the mental and brain health ecosystem. As Chief of Staff (CoS), you will work directly with the leadership across both the fund and the Institute. You'll have exposure to world-class founders, investors, policymakers, and thought leaders. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role requiring grit, urgency, and a mission-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership : Drive operational leverage for leadership by triaging priorities, managing strategic initiatives, and ensuring follow-through across all commitments.
• Investment Process & Founder Success : Own investment operations, manage the deal pipeline, coordinate diligence, and drive portfolio support through founder programming and events.
• Institute Growth : Develop and manage partnerships with leading institutions, recruit key talent, and support fundraising efforts.
• Cross-Cutting Initiatives : Act as a force multiplier for leadership, manage cross-functional projects, and support GreyMatter's brand-building through social media and thought leadership.
