Chevy Chase Club is looking for a skilled and energetic Director of Fitness & Wellness to oversee a comprehensive fitness and wellness facility. The role includes managing personal training, group exercise, Pilates Reformer, assisted stretching, massage therapy, and specialized programs.

This leadership position manages daily operations, budgeting, staffing, and program development while fostering fitness and wellness initiatives aligned with the Club’s philosophy. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-oriented professional who motivates teams and provides exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
  • Accredited Personal Trainer or Group Fitness certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, etc.)
  • 5+ years of fitness experience, including management
  • CPR / AED / First Aid certified

Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $135k - $160k. Benefits include Health / Vision and Dental Insurance, Disability and Life Insurances, 401k with employer match, paid time off including 9 recognized holidays, weekly pay, complimentary meals, and many more.
