Description
Pay : $19.50 per hour
Schedule : Full-time, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities in this Role Include :
- Lead a team of 11–15 employees to deliver a fast, friendly, clean experience
- Motivate and coach team members to meet performance and service goals
- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site operations during your shift
- Drive membership sales and customer satisfaction
- Identify and report facility issues, and help coordinate timely repairs
- Monitor car counts, chemical usage, and utility efficiency
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Report updates to your Site Manager and District Manager

High school diploma or equivalentPrior leadership experience in a retail, service, or car wash environment preferredPositive attitude and ability to lead by exampleComfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periodsAble to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditionsStrong communication skills and a team-first mindsetFlexible availability, including nights and weekendsWhy Soapy Joe’s
