We are looking for a Sr. Opto-Mechanical Engineer to join Endress+Hauser Optical Analysis, the global leader in Raman spectroscopy, tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS), and quenched fluorescence (QF) instrumentation for laboratory, process, and manufacturing environments. Our laser-based analyzer systems perform high-performance chemical composition and concentration measurement of all phases of matter in any installation environment.
What is the role about?
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Opto-Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in both mechanical and optical engineering to support the design and development of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) analyzers and related systems. You'll work as part of our opto / mechanical engineering team to design precision assemblies, contribute to system integration, and support hands-on prototyping and testing. A working knowledge of electronics and instrumentation integration is important, as this role involves close coordination with electrical and optical engineers to bring complete systems together.
Which tasks will you perform?
Design opto-mechanical parts and assemblies for use in TDLAS gas analyzers and sample conditioning systems.
Generate and maintain accurate fabrication and assembly drawings, BoMs, inspection documents, and work instructions.
Work closely with optical engineers, electrical engineers, and manufacturing teams to develop and refine complete systems.

The listed annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 but the actual package offered may vary depending on different factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation for this position would include other elements which include an annual nondiscretionary bonus.
