We’re partnering with a dedicated district in the Pasadena, TX area to hire a full-time, onsite Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year — someone ready to make a meaningful impact across elementary and secondary campuses.

About This Opportunity

  • Start Date : August 11, 2025
  • End Date : May 27, 2026
  • Schedule : Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, fully onsite — no virtual placements

Caseload :

  • Elementary : Typically around 65 students (PK–5th)
  • Secondary : Larger caseloads (up to ~130 students, grades 5–12), but more emphasis on collaborative service delivery and targeted therapy
  • The district is actively refining caseloads to maintain balance and quality of services for self- contained students
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy for students
  • Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance
  • What You’ll Need

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Active Texas SLP License (required)
  • Strong knowledge of school-based service delivery
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for empowering diverse learners
