You will ensure compliance with state requirements and support the creation of reports that monitor network performance and provider activity. Accountabilities :

• Create, maintain, and update provider databases, including contract networks, authorizations, third-party liability, and provider set-up corrections.
• Generate and design reports to monitor departmental activity and compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain monthly updates for delegated entity Medicare and Medicaid attachments.
• Provide statistical data and reports to support departmental follow-up and resolution efforts.
• Offer general administrative support to the managed care department.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of provider data across systems.
