Looking for a Certified Cardiovascular Surgical Technologist in the Murrieta, CA area. Must have 2 years experience in Acute care setting (Hospital).

Responsibilities for Certified Surgical Technologist :

• ASAP Start date
• Day Shift - 12 hr shift : 0700-1930 (3 days per week)
• M-F, possible weekends, OnCall required
• OnCall requirements :  Weekday On-call begins after shift during the week starting at 1900 ending next morning at 0700. Weekend On-call– 0700 Saturday to 0700 Sunday, or 0700 Sunday to 0700 Monday with 30 minute response time
• 13-week contract with possible extensions
• Pay :   $58 Local or $65 travel (after 30days with no work / attendance issues will get a raise! If contract extended then we will request an additional increase.)

Requirements for Certified Surgical Technologist :

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA), required

Associate degree from a college accredited by the Commission on Accreditation Allied Health Programs (CAAHEP)

CST Certification  required

Cardiovascular Experience :   Aortic Bypass Surgery, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Cardiac Bypass Surgery, Valve Replacement / Repair

At least 1 year of experience working in a Level 1 or 2 Trauma Center preferred

Be able to pass Background and Drug screen
