Patient Support Solutions Coordinator

Serves as a shared resource between programs to coordinate publications, procedures, and resources for all Patient Support Solutions programs, both existing and future. Availability to consult in design sessions for existing or onboarding programs. Perform maintenance and operation department procedure revisions. Collaborate with fellow colleagues and clients regarding process efficiencies. Work closely with the Learning and Development team to assist with creation of training materials. Produce comprehensive, easy to follow, consistent in format written operational procedures that align with our company's standards and program requirements.
