Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician :

• Performing HVAC Service & Repairs – Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment issues efficiently.
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service – Ensuring a professional and positive experience for customers.
• Reading and Interpreting Electrical Schematics – Using schematics to troubleshoot and repair systems.
• Handling Service Calls – Responding to service requests within a 60-mile radius of Jacksonville, IL .
• Maintaining Equipment & Workspaces – Ensuring all tools and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Using Computer Systems – Entering job details and reports into a system with basic computer literacy
• Driving to Job Sites – Traveling to customer locations
