About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to join their team. The CSO will be a key leader, holding operational and fiduciary authority over all business development activities, including strategic partnerships and product development. This role is pivotal in leading the design and development of a strategic framework that aligns with the organization's mission and ensures long-term success. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and collaborative thought leader with a strong faith and walk with Jesus Christ, in full agreement with the company's Statement of Faith. Responsibilities include executing growth strategies, spearheading research and development, and overseeing the expansion of the ministry through new programs and strategic partnerships. The CSO will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market dynamics, and communicating the strategy effectively throughout the organization.

Candidates for the CSO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of senior management experience. A proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, as well as experience in the fields related to the company's primary areas of ministry, is essential. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence and negotiate, and a passion for coaching and mentoring staff. The CSO will be expected to have a deep understanding of the Christian marketplace, including experience in market research, advertising, and social media marketing. The position also demands a high level of integrity, spiritual maturity, and a commitment to the company's values and beliefs.
