What We Are Looking For
As an Operations Analyst at Relm, you'll play a key role in supporting our underwriting and operations teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellence across our processes. This role blends administrative precision, analytical thinking, and project management ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and wants to make an impact in an innovative insurance company.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to underwriters, with a strong focus on data quality and clearing backlogs (e.g., preparing quotes, binders, and policies).
Assist in resolving technical queries from brokers and internal departments (finance, risk, compliance, etc.).
Help maintain a stable, efficient operating model while contributing to ongoing process improvement and modernization initiatives.
Support accurate recording of transactions in the accounts workbook and internal systems.
Oversee data capture within underwriting platforms and loss modeling tools to ensure integrity and consistency.
Maintain up-to-date file documentation for all underwriting accounts in line with company standards.
Assist in invoice and payment management, tracking, and reconciliation.
Lead or support process improvement and change management projects as assigned.
Manage account clearance and KYC processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Participate in interim and year-end audits by preparing relevant documentation and reconciliations.
Ensure full compliance with company processes and controls.
Prepare ad-hoc internal and external reports as needed.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned to support the broader operations and underwriting function.
