We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Global Payroll Analyst to join our innovative team in the Tech Services industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to apply their skills in payroll processing and equity compensation, and make a significant impact within a global, fast-paced, and rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities

As a Global Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including, but not limited to :

1. Managing the processing of multi-country payroll across various regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

2. Administering equity compensation plans and collaborating with HR, Finance, and Legal departments for seamless execution.

3. Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

4. Assisting in the development and implementation of global payroll strategies and solutions.

5. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions.

6. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in global payroll and equity compensation.

7. Providing training and support to the payroll team and other internal stakeholders.

8. Participating in the design, testing, and implementation of payroll-related system enhancements and projects.

9. Preparing and presenting analytical reports to senior management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and equity compensation, preferably within the Tech Services industry.

2. Proven experience in managing multi-country payroll in a global organization.

3. Strong knowledge of payroll and equity compensation best practices, regulations, and tax laws.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

6. Proficiency in using payroll software and systems.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

9. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
