Sales Representative - Full Time - Pasadena, Texas
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with prospective and existing customers.
- Sell Sulzer products and services, including technical selections.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel for face-to-face customer interactions.
- Secure and renew orders, manage logistics.
- Entertain customers within budget.
- Maintain sales programs and provide activity reports.
- Pursue overdue invoices professionally.
- Ensure Alliance customers' needs are met.
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
- Address customer complaints and ensure resolutions.
- Maintain company vehicle and assets.
- Foster cross-discipline relationships.
- Participate in industry organizations.
- Adhere to company policies and standards.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum three years’ experienceExcellent written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.What We Offer :
