Key Responsibilities
Finance & Administration
- Lead all accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, audit, and compliance functions.
- Manage ERP systems, financial integrations, and relationships with external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, planning, and internal controls.
- Develop business cases for expansion, capital investments, and acquisitions.
- Lead profitability and cost‑reduction initiatives across the organization.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to the CEO, leadership team, and board.
Capital & Cash Management
Oversee cash flow planning, credit facilities, and banking relationships.Optimize AR, AP, and inventory processes for stronger liquidity and efficiency.Leadership & Culture
Build and mentor a high‑performing finance and administrative team.Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.Serve as a key voice in shaping long‑term strategy and business vision.Qualified
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including Controller‑level responsibility.Experience in an industrial or B2B software business with recurring revenue.Proven success leading process improvements and financial transformations.Strong communication and presentation skills with executive and board audiences.Hands‑on, detail‑oriented leader comfortable operating in a mid‑size business.Preferred
MBA or related advanced degree.5+ years of CFO or VP Finance experience.Experience in software, manufacturing, or industrial sectors (e.g., oil & gas, utilities).Exposure to M&A, due diligence, and integration processes.Leadership Attributes
