job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSchedule : 13 shifts / month (12-hour shifts : 8 PM 8 AM) Setting : High-volume, modern urgent care facility located on a hospital campus Team-based model : Access to diagnostic tools, imaging, and specialist consultation Ideal for : Physicians who thrive in fast-paced environments and prefer condensed work schedules Base salary range : $230,000 to $300,000 (commensurate with specialty, experience, and shift type) Incentive opportunities tied to productivity and performance Comprehensive benefits package including : Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid malpractice with tail coverage Retirement plan with employer match CME allowance and time off Generous PTO and paid holidays Relocation assistance available Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, or Emergency Medicine Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Missouri Comfortable working in high-volume outpatient or UC settings Please note : Visa sponsorship is not available for these roles A growing city with a low cost of living and high quality of life Excellent public and private schools, universities, and family-friendly neighborhoods Abundant access to parks, outdoor recreation, arts, dining, and community events Located within driving distance to major cities, with regional airport access
