Insurance Compliance Specialist (Experienced)

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Compliance Specialist to oversee insurance documentation and compliance processes within our trucking and logistics operations. The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience with insurance certificates COIs renewals and compliance workflows. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to manage documentation with accuracy and independence.

Who Were Looking For

• 12 years of experience in insurance coordination compliance or claims administration
• Knowledge of trucking / logistics insurance requirements strongly preferred
• Confident in handling COIs expirations renewals and compliance audits
• Able to work independently prioritize tasks and resolve discrepancies
