Production is done in a two person team. Places interlocking spring modules into metal grid, and tacks edges with a clip gun. Unit is secured to a wooden frame using a staple gun. Requirements

• Must be detail oriented and be able to visually inspect the finished fabric as it moves through the machine at a very fast speed
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Must be able to diagnose problems and make appropriate adjustments or call maintenance as appropriate
• Ability to lift, carry and load the rolls of material up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to operate a computerized, high-speed machine through touch screen controls
• Must be able to work flexible hours
