Hims & Hers is seeking experienced and passionate Trainer, Shipping to join our Learning & Development team. The Trainer, Shipping plays a critical role in ensuring the effective scheduling, coordination, and execution of training for all process paths in the pharmacy. This role collaborates closely with Operations, HR, Continuous Improvement, Safety, and Recruiting teams to maintain compliance and drive a strong learning culture. This role is based in New Albany, Ohio, or Gilbert, AZ and will report to the Learning Manager.

- Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
You will :
Facilitate courses or learning sessions with all process job roles and with Leadership as neededConduct retraining sessions and remediation training as neededAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesCollaborate with operations to identify critical skill gaps and create training plans with the Learning Manager to address themAdministrative tasks as needed : printing and organizing learning materials, tracking training sign-offsMaintain daily communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting and other teamsMaintain visibility on the operations floor to retain process knowledge and see gaps in the training processAudit tenured associates to ensure competencies are being met continuouslyEngage associates to build and maintain safety as part of the culturePerform other duties as assignedWillingness to engage in path / process tasks and contribute to operational workflows when training responsibilities are fulfilled, ensuring seamless support across the businessYou have :
Facilitation / presentation skillsProficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Outlook)Ability to work in a fast paced distribution environmentMust be self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment with an emphasis on total customer satisfactionUse and analyze data on a daily basis to improve the learning experience of new hiresWork with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training contentDetail oriented and accurateExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlineOnsite requiredBilingual in English and one other language is preferredSkills :
2+ years of successful training experience and demonstrated proficiency in delivering and creating trainingInstructional design using TWI model, or similarExperience with e-Learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS)Understanding of fulfillment / distribution center / warehouse processes and flowWell-developed observational and analytical skillsAble to work flexible schedules / shifts as needed for 7 day operationProven skills for planning daily / weekly tasks and adapting to competing demandsTrain and certify all personnel on safe operation of all equipment, including powered fork equipmentImplement and enforce all OSHA and warehouse rules and regulations related to Powered Industrial Equipment (PIT)Instruct, examine and issue certificationPerform Practical applications of PIT trainingPerform Audits on PIT trained warehouse associatesOur benefits (there are more but here are some highlights) :

This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift.
