Gastroenterologist / Gastroenterology Physician, Rio Rancho NM

Presbyterian Medical Group seeks a BE / BC Gastroenterologist to join our established practice in New Mexico. We're all about well-being, starting with yours. We offer a nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available, CME allowance and fully paid malpractice insurance.

Practice Highlights : Albuquerque

• Team consists of General Gastroenterologists, Advanced Endoscopy Gastroenterologists, Gastroenterology Hospitalist and Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Expected work schedule; Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
• Dedicated GI Lab time 2-3 times per week seeing on average 12-15 patients per day.
• Clinic patient visits 1 ½ days per week.
• Low Call Expectations; call in rotation with group. Call frequency on average 3 days per month
• Systemwide Epic (EMR) system
• Comprehensive malpractice insurance provided at no cost to the provider
• Tail coverage included to ensure protection even after employment ends.

Responsibilities

Summary :

Serves as a general Gastroenterology staff physician in Gastroenterology.

Responsibilities :

Ability to determine care plans for patients and execute them. Ability to teach, train and oversee APCs in the care they deliver to GI patients in clinic.

Credentials Required :

Education : M.D. / D.O. in clinical practice. Current New Mexico License required. Board certified in Gastroenterology.
