Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an Environmental Technician . You will join a team as dedicated to your career as you are. This highly motivated, detail-oriented, customer service-focused individual will be responsible forworking on site for the client by helping them manage their hazardous waste programs.

This position reports to the Operations Manager and this role reports to a Life Science client in Cambridge, MA.

Essential responsibilities and duties include :

Technical :

• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Participate in and complete Triumvirate’s on-boarding and Safety Training Development Program
• Conduct safety equipment and hazardous waste inspections
• Regularly prepare chemical waste for shipment and disposal, including creation of all federal / state waste documents and managing the paperwork for the material. You are responsible for following any applicable state and federal regulations [Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations]
• Develop understanding of OSHA regulations as well as Triumvirate’s Health and Safety practices
