What You Get To Do :

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities, and behavioral or medical complexities in our residential and supported living programs!

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role-modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and / or assistance with personal cares.

No Experience? If you meet the basic job requirements, we will provide the necessary paid training and hands-on experience

Qualifications

What We Look For :

Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred : experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
Valid Driver's License and consistent access to a vehicle is required
