Family Medicine Physician - Community-Based Practice (Greater Boston Area)

Location : Brighton, MA

Salary : $225k - $250k

Schedule : 8am - 5pm for daytime sessions and 5-8 for evening sessions. The requirement will be for one evening per week.

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based outpatient care for patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families within a community-focused setting.
• Collaborate with specialists, hospitalists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Participate in inpatient coverage, obstetrics, or procedural work as aligned with interests and program needs (optional).
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, safety, and population health initiatives.
• Engage in medical education by precepting or mentoring students and residents (if desired).
