Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is sufficient for daily operations
  • Oversee the picking packing and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean organized and safe for all team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Ensure accurate documentation for all shipments including tracking numbers and bills of lading

Requirements :

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in warehouse / logistics role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Offices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team
