What You’ll Do :

Oversee all aspects of resident care in our Assisted Living and Independent Living community.

Lead, mentor, and develop a compassionate care team.

Partner with residents, families, and staff to ensure the highest quality of care and service.

Maintain compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current Minnesota licensure.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in senior living, assisted living, or a related healthcare environment preferred.

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

A passion for serving seniors with dignity, respect, and integrity.
