We are looking for a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract opportunity within the financial services industry, offering the chance to shape impactful user experiences from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in designing user-centric solutions, conducting research, and delivering high-quality prototypes that enhance engagement and functionality.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of user-centered experiences, starting from concept to final implementation.
- Conduct qualitative research, including user interviews and competitive analysis, to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize content, structure, and design frameworks based on audit insights.
- Perform A / B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and optimize user engagement.
- Partner with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into functional products.
- Translate research findings into actionable design strategies that align with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX / UI design, particularly within financial services.
- Create design documentation and guidelines to support consistency across products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Proven experience in UX / UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and wireframing software.
- Skilled in conducting user research, including interviews and competitive analysis.
- Ability to create high-quality prototypes and perform A / B testing.
- Knowledge of design principles and frameworks for building user-centric solutions.
- Familiarity with financial services or fintech industry is a plus.
