What You'll Actually Do :

• Work side by side with medical and nursing staff to bring mental health and primary care together seamlessly.
• Get to know your patients through biopsychosocial assessments and create care plans that fit their lives.
• Provide therapy that makes a difference, individual, couples, family, and group sessions (around 8–12 clients a day).
• Support patients and families with education, resources, and coordinated follow-up care.
• Be the go-to behavioral health voice in the clinic, share insights, track progress, and help shape how we care for our community.
