Position Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Paid Search channels, including Google Paid Search and UAC, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and Performance Max campaigns. This role will be responsible for using data-driven insights to develop and own paid search strategies, manage media budgets, drive campaign execution, and work cross-functionally to achieve growth and ROI objectives. The ideal candidate has a passion for problem-solving, a data-first mindset, and excellent communication skills. You will be part of the Growth Marketing teama collaborative group of marketers working to expand EarnIn's community.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 to $180,000 plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google Paid Search, ASA, UAC, and Performance Max
• Hit monthly volume and efficiency goals by testing hypotheses, analyzing data, and refining tactics
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation
• Partner with product, analytics, finance, and creative teams to optimize campaigns and inform company-wide growth decisions
• Drive post-campaign analysis and continual experimentation to uncover growth levers
• Identify and explore opportunities in emerging channels like display, social, and video
