What You'll Do

Lead and manage the full accounts payable process from start to finish

Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation

Partner with project managers and operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Identify process improvements to make AP more efficient and automated

Manage and mentor a small AP support team

Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

What We're Looking For

5+ years of accounts payable experience (construction industry experience a plus)

Strong understanding of job cost accounting and vendor management

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience with accounting software

Leadership experience or the desire to step into a management role
